The developing course of SAS Zipper is a historical epitome of Chinese zipper industry from triviality to significance and weakness to mightiness. In March, Yongjia Leisen Zipper Factory was formally established in Gulian industrial zone, located in Qiaotou town, Yongjia County, one of the bases of Chinese zipper.
In May, 2002, it was renamed “Yongjia County Leisen Zipper Co. Ltd”.
In February, 2003, it took part in the zipper branch of Chinese National Hardware Association.
In March, 2004, the automatic post-processing equipments for metal, nylon and vislon zipper began to be brought in.
In January, 2005, the original pre-processing equipments for metal zipper were replaced by the updated equipments imported from Taiwan. A great leap forward was achieved in zipper quality.
In August, 2005, the post-processing equipments were fully automatic and the zipper production capacity stepped onto a new stage.
In February, the factory was removed to Waiyangtou Industrial Zone.
In March, it was renamed “Zhejiang Leisen Zipper Co. Ltd”.
In August, the quality research and development team was set up.
In 2007, the sales performance spurted and the annual sales volume reached 80 million Yuan.
In 2008, it became a dazzling star which revealed infinite vitality in zipper industry and it came out top in Qiaotou town. Finally, it won a medal of “Star Enterprise in Yongjia County” awarded by local government.
In June, a new production base- Zhejiang SAS Zipper Co. Ltd was established in Jiaxing which is located in the center of the Yangtze river delta
In October, the quality of SAS zipper quality was upgraded to the midrange and high-end level. It released the new brand’s position “No best, only better” and enterprise vision “Produce perfect zipper, create a brilliant future for SAS brand”.
In November, it started the production on the new production base.
In January, 2010, the quality team was formally founded by the recommended zipper industry veteran. They were responsible for product improvement, research and innovation, only to achieve the goal of full traceability of products.
In February, 2011, we advocated the service consciousness, opening the service time of SAS zipper.
In February, 2012, the brand operation mode was brought into force.
In June, 2012, SAS Zipper has passed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification issued by German Hohenstein Institute.
Under the background of the economic downturn, SAS Zipper still achieved its excess growth target with annual sales volume of 135 million.
In March, 2014, SAS Zipper successfully passed Meters/bonwe ‘s inspection and was nominated as its supplier
In April, 2014, SAS Zipper passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification.
In June, 2014, SAS Zipper passed BV’s Supplier Assessment certification.
In September, 2015, button business department was set up and one-stop business model for garment accessories was opened.
In 2016, the globalization strategy is very successful, and we have a nice cooperation with international famous brands such as Desigual, Superdry, LIDL, ZARA, MANGO, CK, and LC Waikiki, etc.

Ltd in Wenzhou, he established Zhejiang SAS Zipper Co. Ltd again jointly in 2009. In the past nearly twenty years, he was committed to providing customers with high quality and stability of zippers, which made a great breakthrough. Nowadays, SAS Zipper has become a famous zipper manufacturer and garment accessory brand which enjoys much popularity.
